Who would have guessed the first week in Seattle we'd get sunburned!! But we had one really hot day and we spent it at a lake and I thought I was being careful with suncreen, but let's face it, it's not one of my strong points. At least I lathered the boys so they are not burned. :)
The boys have adjusted to being in grandma and grandpa's house. Brayden is not saying he wants to get on a plane and go back home to see his tomato plant growing anymore. Caleb isn't clingy all the time either, so things are going well. I think all my family is enjoying seeing the kids. But we all miss Mike!
Other highlights: I played Guitar Hero for the first time; I ran in a race in Iowa on our way our here and made myself dry heave during my finishing kick; I've run with some very fast people here and they've killed me; and went to Ann Taylor Loft. Although that might have been a low-light--nothing worked out. Mike would say that's a good thing. But one major bummer: I forgot my camera.

Sorry about the sunburns and way to go on the racing (dryheaving aside, of course).
I feel like going to the Loft is either a total hit or a total miss. Sometimes during the year it is like clearance city (the only way I can afford their clothes), but other times it isn't, I've also noticed their summer clothes aren't really "mormon" friendly.

Summer, My race was in in Moline I think. It was just across the Mississippi from Davenport.
Did you run with Christy? That would have been super fun! "If you're gonna spew, spew into this." Happy Birthday! And Mike really misses you guys too, the poor lonely soul. And seriously, go buy a disposable camera!

Way to run your hardest. I also forget to sunscreen myself. You are just to busy being a good mom. Charlie asked me if he could go and play with his buddies. We miss you guys.

Natalie... Hey! Do you remember me? I bet you have no idea from the name but that's my married name now. I guess you will have to check out my blog and see :) I saw on Ashlee's blog that she was in WA too and looks like you got together--very cool. It's nice that Jeannie told me about all of your blogs.
